春节的脚步一天天临近,夜幕降临,矗立在大街小巷的路灯、彩灯、花灯点缀着城市的夜空,传递着浓浓的年味儿,也照亮着人们回家的路。
在这灯光的背后,离不开一群“守夜人”,无论严寒酷暑,他们总在深夜里奔波前行,守护一城灯火,成为夜空中最亮的星。
傍晚6点钟,位于内蒙古东部地区的兴安盟突泉县早已进入黑夜,高空作业车启动,带上修好的照明器、检修路灯的工具和反光锥,吕东、汤守义从单位出发,进入夜间工作模式。
吕东、汤守义是突泉县市政综合保障中心路灯管理所的路灯维修师,已有30年路灯维修经历的汤守义一边登车,一边与刚参加工作3年的“新生”吕东调侃着,“小吕,咱俩这是老小搭配,干活儿不累啊。”
图为吕东乘坐高空作业车检修路灯。 曾令刚 摄“春节期间,随着用电量增加,造成路灯变压器不稳定,经常会有短路的路灯。”吕东告诉记者,他们要对街道沿线的照明设施进行全面检修维护,及时更换破损的灯泡和烧坏的镇流器、触发器,并对路灯相关配套电力设施进行检修,消除隐患,确保春节期间城区照明设施能够正常运转。
吕东说,由于维修工少,所以春节期间的工作量显得比平时多了很多,白天不能占用道路资源,他们只能夜间上工。
“今晚的第一个任务是有群众打电话说有一盏路灯出故障了,咱们过去看看什么情况。”吕东说。
前往检修点的路上,吕东回忆起3年前他刚上班的样子,“刚上班那会儿,整个城区的几百盏路灯,我们都要靠夜间巡逻去发现路灯故障。”
“现在引进了路灯云控系统,能够实时监测路灯运行的数据,哪里路灯出故障,我们很快就能知道,节省了很多巡逻时间。”吕东说,这套路灯云控系统,不仅能自动点亮、按需照明,还能准确定位故障路灯。
说话间,记者随吕东和汤守义抵达检修点,一盏路灯忽明忽暗。3年的维修经验已经能让吕东判断出这是照明器里面的驱动坏了。
“把坏了的照明器换下来就行了。”停车,戴安全帽,放置反光锥提醒后方来车,快速打开灯杆下的灯门,拔掉保险,吕东和汤守义动作麻利。
“这活儿简单,我上吧。”进行高空作业的是汤守义,66岁的他身手敏捷地跨上升降台。
灯杆高10米,随着高空作业车升降台不断上升,人在半空中不受控制地摇晃,汤守义却神情淡定,升降台晃动丝毫不影响他工作。
冬日夜里,当地气温常常跌破-30?℃,“冬天作业的时候,我们戴的手套都特别薄,因为灯具的螺丝比较小,薄手套方便操作。”汤守义一边工作一边笑着对记者说,已经习惯了,虽然冻手,但可以坚持。“灯亮了,大家就方便了。”
几分钟时间,汤守义麻利地换掉故障照明器,吕东在地面上将供电箱内的电闸合上,路灯恢复正常照明,他们接着赶往下一个检修点,“今晚可能又得忙到凌晨了。”
春节期间,为了保障城市照明,路灯维修工的工作时间更加不确定,“接到报修电话,可能随时都要加班抢修。”吕东说。
“过年那几天,每天晚上我们还会轮班值守,对各路段进行巡检,发现新的问题及时解决,对大问题记录在案,第二天及时进行维修,确保春节期间亮灯率达到98%以上。”汤守义如是告诉记者。
从20世纪90年代的汞灯、钠灯到如今的LED灯,从当年几十盏路灯到现在的5000多盏路灯,灯的类型和数量不断在变,而不变的是路灯维修师用坚守点亮城市的夜空。
对汤守义而言,他是社会发展、时代进步的见证者,无论是夜间作业、马路作业,还是高空作业,他早已习惯了这样的节奏。“作为城市的‘守夜人’,只要路灯一直亮着,这座城市便有了温度,我们的心中就像过节一般喜悦。”(完)
